Thanks for viewing my precious van for sale. I have invested well over $25,000.00 in parts alone into this Van so it is hard to say good bye. Please let me know if you have any questions that are not answered in this ad. Below are a few key highlights to this vehicle along with a few links to discussion threads that were started during the conversion along with tons of Photos.

The Good
•	New Transmission Rebuilt by Daryl at A&A transaxle
	(3rd Gear is 1.14 , 4th Gear is .77)
•	Engine is a 3.3L V6 from a SVX with around 2,000 miles on a fresh rebuild
(SVX had around 134k on original motor)
•	Conversion uses the RJES Adapter and Standard Subaru Clutch Kit
•	Oil Pan is Shortened & Coolant Manifold is reverse with 2nd Temp Gauge installed.
•	New Driveline
•	New Old Man EMU Shocks
•	Standard Springs & 2” lift springs come with!
	(GoWesty Lift Springs)
•	New Axles & CV’s all around
•	Custom Thermostat Housing to prevent hose wearing
•	Stainless Steel Coolant Hoses & New Radiator
•	Weekender Interior W/ Jump Seats
•	South African Grille & Headlights
•	Kumho MT-KL71 Tires with Custom Adapters to match offset
•	Mercedes ML320 Rims
It would be silly to try and list everything I have done to this hot little Van and there is still plenty more to be done. So take a look, here are the photos to capture the BattleCat.

Of course Everyone is going to want to see more photos so here is a link to an online album just in case there are not enough here for you to enjoy!

Here are a few threads that were started around this conversion, showcasing the workmanship!

Of course no van is perfect...... heres what you can look forward to working on!
The not so good
•	Several places on body that will need work.
Rain Gutter, Fender and a few seams that are starting to show rust. Pin Striping in area is pulling off. • Dent in Roof – Hit small tree limb in Backcountry of British Columbia. • Flooring of interior was a test for the material. I really liked it! It should be redone to so it does not have the peeling in the tiles. • The rear portion of the interior walls and sliding door panel are missing. I have a brown set but it does not match so they are not installed. • Within a few years the Front Steering Rack Should be Re-Built

The spreadsheet below shows the parts I have invested. Well over 25k. I am only asking $17,500 and in a few days the ad will be updated with a lowered price of $16,000 if the van does not sell in the meantime. I will keep it at the lowered price for 2 weeks before offering it to my friend and then putting it up on Ebay. I can't believe it has not sold. For $16k you can barely put a decent conversion into a syncro let alone all the extras and the van. ---- *baffled* ----

The van will most likely be fixed up and sold as a show vehicle later down the road. So if it does not sell soon keep your eyes peeled in the future because she will be back around. I have been promised that it will not be parted out.

Thanks for Viewing! James
