Soooo... this is a mashup of several days on the river. My river log has the Cooper at ~1600 cfs on 7/21 and ~1400 cfs on 7/22. Most of the POV was shot on the 20th? I don't have any data for that day.

Must have been more of the same. At that spot on the road, I couldn't see over the berm, so I have no idea what they were doing. Lights were on, and if they were doing drills at K-P, maybe on the Cedar, too.
