I have a super cheapo kokatat shorty but rarely use it... and not because I hardly get out anymore... more because of the water temps yadayada. Mine does not have gaskets just those elastic neoprene deals. If I got another shorty it would be the same kind as I have now. If it is warm enough to put on a shorty then it should be warm enough to not need latex gaskets.

Oh but Dan, better try before you buy regardless because I doubt a shorty is going to work for you, mainly because you have to remember that the gasket seals up around your bicep, and well my friend, I think they would have too use neck gaskets to fit them around your guns!!!
