I am going to become a proud owner of a newly born 1992 Sotar Professional IK thanks to the Sotar design engineers. If the first rubber ducky isn't right Sotar has agreed to build a second one. The Good, Bad and Ugly of it all; one is mine regardless of performance.  SOOO; I see air pumps come in all sizes, prices, electric and manual; what combination do you IK experts recommend? Any other accessories you recommend to make my ducky time more enjoyable? I do have a dry suit and all my old hard-shell gear.

I appreciate your help, thanks ChrisW

Hmmm... I bought a 12v coleman type pump awhile ago when I got my girlfriend her IK, and it didn't seem to have the oomph to inflate the AIRE I have... I wound up using the K-100 pump to fully inflate.

Carlson 4" pump.  After blowing through a couple of modestly-priced pumps, I shelled out the dough  for a Carlson pump.  That was 4 years ago and a couple of hundred runs down the river.  The pump is rock solid and its parts can be replaced.  A Carlson pump will fill an IK fast and allow you to get the pressures high where you need them.
