Camping here next week and wondering What are good options for surfs. Might bring my surf kayak that has been sitting in back yard for the past decade

La Push has good surf - its up the coast a ways, but definitely your best bet. Otherwise, the best surf spots are on the south side of Grays Harbor - quite a drive from Pacific Beach.

I was just at La Push and beach 2 was good, beach 1 FLAT. I definitely recomend the hamlet of Kalaloch (pronounced clay-lock) the waves there were the best I found the entire way around the Olympic Pen. from 9-3-14 to 9-5-14. Neah Bay- flat, La Push- Flat. I just surfed at Ocean Beaches today and it was decent but the side currents will pull you far down the beach. Westport is always a good bet but don't camp anywhere you're not supposed to the cops there will bust you for sure. Have fun!
