You'll need to be a little more specific on the classification and your skill level before you start asking a question like that. Otherwise the Sandbag Monsters will come out from underneath the collective bed.
For Centralia, you need to either head out the route 12 corridor, the Olympic Peninsula, or south. The Grays river is a fun Class IV+ creek in the SW corner of the state.
The North Fork Tilton is a great creek run way close to Centralia and it's surprisingly steep. You can take the Centralia-alpah road right out of town, no I-5 at all. Look for 2500cfs and higher on the main Tilton. I can't wait for the first run on the North Fork, one of my favorites..... November is almost here
