i'm moving into a 3 bedroom + storage, garage and big fenced yard house off paradise lake rd in woodinville and there's another room for rent. naturally i'm invested in the choice of the 3rd housemate. the guy already living there is a laid back luthier who works making guitars locally and has a cat. i'm a nurse that's working nights, 7 on/7 off, and have a small dog.
