Is there any hiking access that follows any part of Ohane? I know you can get down to it at secret campground, but not sure if there are options once you get there

No trail along the standard kayak run. There is a short trail from Ohanapecosh Cmpgrd up to Silver Falls and then onto the Grove of the Patriarchs. The part above Silver Falls is within sight of the river, the other part is more distant from the river.
