Well, this isnt exactely a planed trip, and I've never ran this section, but I just wanted to throw it out there and if anyone would like to go with me I'm in. My son and I will be camping somewhere over there possibly at mile marker 96 on hwy2 in tumwater canyon, friday night, or the KOA in Levenworth. Were going for sure, so post if your interested.

So dave your never going to believe this. I am moving into a new house on Friday and Sat of this weekend, so I can't go to the tumwater. I might be able to make it out on Sunday though if someone still wants to go out. It is nice and low!

Tell me what ya think.

I'll be there Sunday morning, we have to pack up camp before 11:00 check out time, possibly an 11:00 am run. But, that would leave my son sitting alone with nothing to do while I'm on the river. We could schedule for another weekend, let me know. How about the Skook, what weekend do you think would be best?

Sorry to chime in so late here (now that the trip seems off), but if either one of you wanted to paddle saturday or sunday on the Tumwater, a friend of mine and I are interested.

If I get my house all moved on Friday and Sat. I would be down for a Sunday Tumwater run, and I don't have any problem leading everyone down... It is a great run for sure.

I would shoot for 10:00 am at the Osprey Rafting in Leavenworth. I will know for sure if this is a go by tomorrow around noon.

Hope we can stick it together cause I love that run and the water is leaving quick.

Cool James.  I might not have access to email/internet from tomorrow morning until Saturday night, but if you post a "go" my friend and I will definitely be there.  I do have cell phone access though all weekend.  Congrats on the new house!

(can you believe my luck?!  I'm staying out west to paddle this weekend, while the east coast is getting the remnants of a tropical storm!  The potomac is going to be just a few feet shy of flood stage and wva is probably going to also be pumping. sheesh!)
