I'm looking for a used 16' Cataraft I found the NRS gear swap website, are there other such sites? or a local swap site any one knows of, craigslist is a little sparce.

A month or two ago a guy had a couple of catarafts listed on the DKCC site.  http://www.dkcc.org  It might be worth giving him a call to see if he's still trying to sell them.

For a used cataraft, a good site to post a "gear wanted" is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/idahowhitewater/ I think you'll find plenty of people from Oregon and Washington who have equipment that they want to sell.
