Guide needed!!  Commerical paddle guide is needed for the Suiattle River this Saturday, August 11.  Please call for details if you are available and / or interested.  Must have experience as commercial paddle guide on class III or better rivers.  Will pay the day of the trip.

I thought the Suiattle was all wood-choked........when did it get cleared out (or am I just smoking crack again?).

I have heard second hand reports that the lower part is clear as of last summer. Nobody I know of is guiding it commercially. I talked to one of the Darrington Rangers last week and he said he didn't even think the river ranger ran it anymore.
