Sweet.
I've been thinking a ski cabin would be nice, but that is a nice piece of kayaking property.

Time Share.
I would totally pay $10 a month / $120 Annually to have that as an option for a place I could crash when down at Canyon Creek, Lewis, etc.
Find 100 more people like me that's $1,000 a month / $12,000 Annually
If you have the funds to hook this up. I got $10 on it.
Good luck,
Paul

That's a pretty sweet home for sure.
Could you imagine time-share with 30 other dirty dirtbag kayakers? That'd be rocking

I give you my moral support! I am just closing a deal on a house myself right now. If I only had a river in the back yard it would be perfect.

If you do buy this place, could you adopt me and I will come live there as your son?

Well...even with the best interest rate there is right now 5.8% and without 20% down, a 30 year fixed rate would cost the buyer approx. $2800 a month not including insurance and a higher premium flood insurance due to its close proximity to the river you will need to tack on another $400+ a month
Not to mention the Property Value is $357,100 Check it:

I don't mean to be a Buz Kill.... Obviously there's more cost than $12,000 a year. That goes w/o saying. However if someone were to buy a place an extra 12k a year for letting kayakers crash in the yard / living room ain't bad. This was pretty much a joke but if you rented out 2 of the rooms for $500 a month lived in the other and had a time share of 12k a year that's 24k a year. Plus whatever the owner would put down which I'm going to assume comfortably is $1,500 a month for someone looking to buy a house. That raises the value to 18k + the previous mentioned 24k, so 42k annually just from this. I would give $10 a month to support a floor or yard I could crash in that area. Hell turn the 3 car garage into another rental or place for out of towner's to crash and there's a spot right there to house a bunch of people. At $42,000 a year the property would pay for itself in at most 25-30yrs and have more than that many years worth of parties and stories to live off of. If anyone's into it let me know where to send the check.

I'd go so far as to pony up $200 a year, and I'd contribute labor towards any tilework that may be needed. Imagine a larger than normal shower , and radiant heated tile floors... that would be kick ass!
BTW Dave: I AIN'T your MOMMA!

Up to (5x12) + 3(10x12) + 200= $620 Annually + tile work to whoever buys this thing.

Just think, another $1,200 a month and $100,000 down and it could be all ours.

Congrats on the house Dave!
Tobin is a damn busy little beaver these days.
Me good sugar daddy!!! Gotta have money for that. I've hedged everything I have in the world on a kayak company. Anyone wanna buy a kayak?
It would be a dream come true to own that house, I was thinking we need to get Paul Allen or that guy that owns Virgin Air into kayaking.
Dave , if you're going to go for a sugar daddy, those are much better options.
