I was trying to post a trip on Donkey Creek, but it showed an error and ended up here.  Anyway, I'm going to be at Pacific Beach for Thanksgiving.  I would like to get out on Donkey Creek, Matheny Creek, or some class 4ish thing.  Give me a call if your going to be out there.  Matt 509 989 2368

Isn't Donkey Creek flat water except for Perfection Falls?  That's an awesome waterfall though.  Not many park & huck's like that around.  Probably not a destination by itself but definitely something to do if you're already in the area.

no, it's flat water with logs. perfection is a good place to stop if your going in to run the humptulips because it's right alongside the road. narrows on the humpy is a nice class III+ or IV- run, but watch out for new wood after this last big flood. it was clean beforehand, but who knows now. the 2 mostt fun drops (in my opinion) are the fish ladder and the new landslide drop.
