That is so funny, I am the first 'guy' in the 3rd video. :) I'm so glad to see those clips, I've been trying to figure out what I do compared to what everybody else does. Thanks for posting!

Thanks guys! I was pretty happy with how it turned out when I saw the video, when it's actually happening it's really hard for me to tell how it's going. Unless I end up getting recirced somewhere, in which case all becomes obvious. :)
