I have had some interest from Alex Nicks (probably no one's ever heard of him, but he's a world-class paddler and competes internationally in playboating) in coming up here to put on a weekend playboating clinic.

I'm wondering if there would be any interest from the PP community in a clinic of this sort. It would probably be held in June, probably on the Wenatchee.

I'd love to hear from as many of you peeps as possible. 1) Is there interest, 2) what format would you prefer (1-day; 2-day?); 3) how much would you be willing to pay?

Thanks!

Okay, I'll assume there's no interest from this group.

pay?  I think it is a great idea, and its awesome you are thinking about organizing an event such as this, but speaking for myself, I am a dirtbag kayaker.

1-day clinic would be better for us married-paddling parent types

and as STL says, cheap is king

A Saturday would be great.  I'm on a college student budget, so cheap is good.  But if it's gonna be a few hours of great instruction, I might consider 25 cheap.

cheaper the better, not a lot of extra $ to kick around. I could go for a 1 day or sat/sun deal. Depending on class size, 1 day should be fine.
