I'm curious how to determine flow for the pilchuck. For weeks the gauge listed on PP has said 11.5, is this guage not accurate?
I've heard you just have to drive up and see but I was curious if there's a way to get a ballpark estimate before driving all the way up there.

The flow hasn't appeared to be updating to the river page for a while, but if you click on the link to the gauge on the river page it will send you to a website with the current gauge reading.

There was a river wide tree after the first couple intro rapids but when we were there last Sat (at about 2200) you could boat over it on the left. It was barely submerged.

Below the falls there was some wood near the end of a pool that was also navigable but might have been a little threatening with more water.
