I've never seen that done. I may have to buy one, I'd really really love it if they'd make a bent shaft breakdown. I know since I'm addicted to the bent shaft, I don't paddle as well with straight shafts. From how they cut them, I don't think it would make them any weaker than the straight shaft ones.
That said, I may pick one of these up. Last time I pulled out my breakdown I found that it just didn't have the powerful stroke I'm used to and it mattered...
