As am I. east and west fork got some good potential for exploration, went on a preliminary scouting mission yesterday and it's intriguing enough to go back.

Is the west fork the section that is roadside along highway 7 north of Morton?

Didn't get any pics, left my phone in the car, gotta go back for more scouting, found a steep creek might be worth the effort too.
Thats the main the heads north next to 7, the east & west fork both head in their respective directions off that.
Access is tricky but I know a guy.lol
And the east fork appears to have a waterfall on it

Would be cool to find new runs! Are they on Weyerhauser land? That whole SW area really has a ton of great rivers that are pretty much inaccessible due to timber companies restricting access... upper Kalama, most of the Chehalis including the EF and WF, Southern Green just to name a few.

Wondering if BIGWATER knows anything about those creeks. That's seems to be his backyard.

They are on timber property, not weyerhauser specifically, there are no no trespassing signs. The southern green and it's headwaters are pretty badass, there's a middle section with some steep goods too, hoping to make that a springtime mission from the horse camp down.

Wow! Just google mapped the Green. That would be quite an expedition. It's gotta be a good 25 miles from there with 2000 feet elevation loss. The upper section does look like it could have some serious steep stuff. Below that there looks like some heinous logjams. Good luck if you take that on.

I have knowledge of both streams. They are on private ground. There's a couple more in the same block as well. Access is tenuous. It is no trespassing if you read the sign at the gate. Whatever you do do it quietly and professionally. The land owner is far easier to work with than most so all actions should bear that in consideration. What info are you after. They are not awesome runs and are best with more water than not.
