As long as they're takers I'll be there. Hopefully it will be around 5k instead of 4k. I have no plans on joining the swim team this year, Leif. Did you make the swim team this year?  ------------- boof it for crying out loud |

Is the difference between 4k and 5k noticeable and more friendly at the higher level?

I'd come out, but I'll be working on making Chili for the PP Ball tonight and tomorrow morning. For those of you that don't know, Samson video taped me swimming while demoing a boat, and so now I make fun of him at every chance I get. Ryan doesn't appreciate my humor, so he is making fun of me. Aren't politics in an online community wonderful? I will grant the audience that I am a moron, and I have swam this year. I haven't video taped anyone swiming, but that could be a result of being a moron. Dan, we're meeting at 5:45 so chances are we'll still be there at 6. or u can meet us at the put-in at that time. this run will go fairly quickly so we won't need to press for beating daylight. Apparantly Leif doesn't understand that swimming class II is not the same as class III, IV, or V. It may explain why you think running class IV is no big deal. Your attempt to portray me as someone who videotapes swimmers is incorrect. I help out when I can, and if someone who has no business swimming class II does and is taken care of then that's another story. Get the story straight son. What happened was no big deal. You didn't get a beatdown, and you didn't swim a gnarly rapid. You got ur edge caught and couldn't roll in a small ripply rapid. If you're bitter over it then I'll apologize and won't let it happen again. I wouldn't hold it against ya if the roles were reversed assuming it's class II vs IV. No need to be passive aggressive.
