Marco wanted to spread the word about an upcoming event he is hosting...

Hi there gang, Stephen Wright will be in town this week end he will be introducing   Jackson's new boats including the Vilain ( new creek boat), and the new star's,  Please help us spread the word by sending this to all our paddling friends. This will be the first social event  for CrossFit Cashmere. We plan on doing these often so if you have an extra camping chair you would like to donate Please bring it. Special thanks to LMS for letting us show the video and slide show at CrossFit Cashmere

Stephen is one of the total new school Bad ass and just a really nice guy please come to this so we can get him to come more often.

Paddle with the Pros 

Stephen Wright is coming to Leavenworth.  Come over and run the river. (Most likely Tumwater based on the amount of water we currently have)  Afterwards we are having a slideshow and giving away a few prizes.

We look forward to seeing you there! 

  • March 20, 2010
  • Meet at LMS between 10:30am and 11:00am.  (
  • Run shuttle at 11:00am
  • 11:30am – 2:00pm run the river.
  • 4:00pm Video Premier and Slideshow at Crossfit Cashmere.

Sounds like a fun time. A bit early for me, I'm going to try to hold out for the "proper" Wenatchee / Icicle season when there's more water. Tumwater is awesome though, and at the current flows, it provides excellent IV-IV+ "creeking" with two class V rapids. So any boaters who are progressing into class IV+ or towards class V should go.

It looks like the weather is going to be very nice over there this weekend.
Ambre & I may head over to kick off the camping season?

I will be taking pictures, does anyone have a long Nikon lens I can use? 250mm + or a tele converter?
