Actually, these rapids are freaking immense when they are running in the spring. They are ridiculously huge when they are running at decent water levels... it goes upper death, life after death and barrel springs what you are looking at is actually life after death, the second drop on this run. This river kills people at high water and becomes a bit sievy class IV+ at lower levels. You can actually do this run, then do some easier water all the way to glenwood playpark and then the glenwood wave(so two parks) in about 1hr. It's fun as hell at 13k plus
