  Other Issues

Devil's Club, wood, bears. Be prudent with food storage on this one, especially if you overnight. There have been some reworkings of the trail system recently, but a little research will reward paddlers an easier solution to map it to the trail. Bring a map, whenever you hike in.

  Fun Facts

The Pratt is sick!

   Run Description [Season: spring/fall]

The general character of the run is similar to that of the Foss in the Skykomish drainage. The first two miles are the warm up. The next two miles contain much of the action on this stretch, but of course the wilderness experience doesn't solely consist of the whitewater element. So don't be surprised with portages.
