  Putin Details

The put in is at a camp site about a mile up from the bridge over the NF Sauk at a small camp site near the river. If no one is camping here you should be able to see the river from the road at the camp site.


  Takeout Details

Sloan Creek Campground, just before the confluence with the NF Sauk and NK Sauk trailhead. Driving up the road you'll cross a bridge over the NF Sauk about 8 miles up just before it confluences with Sloan. The take out has several boulders preventing drivers from driving all the way back in (50 yds). Decent camp spot too.

Continuous boulder garden run with constant gradient but no big ledges. Scout often first time down.
