Not sure how many noticed, but the parking area at the Split Rock Takeout was recently filled in with a bunch of gravel.  Thanks Steve for taking the time and spending the dough to make that a bettter spot for all us dirtbag kayakers!   At first I thought it was DOT spending our tax dollars to make it better for us boaters, but the truth is that a very kind act of one individual made the spot better.  Thanks again Steve!
