Raft from Index to Big Eddy Park.  Meet at Big Eddy Park at 11 a.m.  I’ll be taking a 14’ oar raft with two paddlers up front.  Another friend in a kayak will paddle with us.  Don’t forget your Discover Pass or WA Fish & Wildlife parking pass.
