It's not easy to explain where the wood is at, however, it is about 3 drops below the portage in a longer rapid. In the video the spot is at time 1:48 and 3:53. The wood extends to the river left wall and about 3 feet to the right of the rock in the landing. I didn't see it coming in until I was on top of it. The log is about 2 feet in diameter.

Yesterday the level was 1570 cfs (NF Skok below Staircase). I was able to monkey boat past with a right angle. Rob and Nash took the next slot over driving left (but I think you can go right there too).
