Replies: Posted By: jalmquist Date Posted: 03 Mar 2015 at 2:20pm If the Green holds (or ideally bumps a bit) there's some surprisingly good surfing on the lower gorge in the 450-700cfs range.  As for channelizing well, not much adjacent to I-5 comes to mind.  If you're willing to venture away from I-5, the Wynoochee gorge and Humptulips Narrows channelize well as they flow through some beautiful, narrow gorges.  With the dam release, I'm guessing the Wynoochee might be a better bet.  If you're looking for a real adventure, Box Canyon of the Muddy Fork should be at a nice level.        Posted By: imageAK Date Posted: 03 Mar 2015 at 2:48pm yeah I wish I could get back up to the hump or the wynoochee looks fun just a bit of a far jaunt for my weekend. I think im gonna try out the kalama and hope for the best at low flow. Wish we'd get a freak rain so I could head to the east fork lewis! ------------- aint nobody got time for that!
