The VKC is having another Whitewater Festival on the Chilliwack River BC.
May 1-3, 2009.
Same campground, same great band (requests being taken!), same great Chilli on the Chilliwack feast.
Worth the Drive!

VKC festival Early Bird Deadline Fast approaching
Save a few bucks, get a great FREE Tshirt too!

Missed the Early Bird Deadline?  you missed a GREAT DEAL!
However, the VKC would still like you to REGISTER NOW.  Registering before the 'day of' helps the club plan the event for MAXIMUM enjoyment!

this is a good event.  those of you that have not been up to the chilli are missing out.  Not sure what the flows are going to be next weekend, but if it is anywhere near 1.7-2.0 the canyon is about as good as it gets, 5 miles of a non stop IV, and it is probably one of my favorite runs around.  the lower section into Tahimhi (sp?) is good as well, but it is mellower.  head up there and check it out.
