I am planning to hit Hells Canyon in late April. So far the plan is to drive down on April 22nd and camp by Brownlee Reservoir, launch the 23rd, and take out on the 26th. I'll be rowing a raft, so we will have some gear support, but depending on how many people want to go we may have to pack light or make it semi self support. Let me know if you are interested and I'll keep you in the loop. Kyle

Hey wiggins did you get any Idaho permits this year?

I can't join you on this trip but I would love to see some pics, I plan on getting out on the snake at some point in the next year or two.

I struck out across the board on all permits this year (I think, it is always hard to tell with the Rogue).

So I am planning on doing Hells Canyon in the preseason, the Rogue in the post season, and the Grande Ronde just before the Fourth of July.

I'll get some pics up of last year's Hells Canyon Trip.
