Well, plans suck, or at least the need to be unwavering does.

The plan (was): paddle NF Snoqualmie on NYE, drive out to the OP, camp with the guys who've been charging out there, and drive to Westport to surf on Sunday morning, before dawn. Check for the first part, the rest just isn't going to happen.

I love surfing, but I'll admit, I'm pretty beat right now and all that extra shuttling around just isn't going to happen when all I want to do is eat and recover some energy.

So, paddling is closer, more social (much more), I can be lazier boating than surfing, and local runs are up. So......

MM? Upper Green? I've never done Headworks, is that worth it at these flows?

I know a few of you were talking about boating Sunday, so what's up?

I'm down for the middle middle.

Green, depends on the level for me, and I hate the takeout, would run upper and lower maybe? I don't have the discovery pass though.

I would favor the middle middle also. Would rather wait for the green to come down a little more, me being out of paddle shape. What time is good for a new years day start? 11?

Anyone more apt to go at 11? Dale? Brian? Anyone? Ten would work for me, but 11 would be so much better. :)

I'm up for joining the middle middle or green trips.  Was a time decided on?  11am at tanner for the mid mid?

I think both times are happening, some of us just didn't want to have to move that fast this morning. 11 for me and a few others, though.
