Seattleites: my truck was broken into on Capitol Hill last night.

Please keep your eyes open for:

Red Kokatat Gmer drysuit. Size large and obviously used but with brand new gaskets.

Yellow 5.10 canyoneering shoes. Brand newish. Size 9.5

Black Sweet Protection helmet. Size large. Obvious wear and tear.

Black WRSI helmet. Size ? GoPro attachment on the top with a short length of purple cord next to it.

Newer Snapdragon sprayskirt. Medium tunnel and XL or L cockpit. Finger sized hole on the left side right about where your thigh is when you are seated.

Salamander "Golden Retriever" throwbag with a pink/purple biner.

Two almost destroyed sixsix1 elbow pads, XL

Red and black Astral rescue lifejacket with three carabineers’ on the left shoulder strap. One of them is pink and the other two metallic. Has a phillips head screwdriver in the right side pocket and the rescue tether biner doesn’t match the jacket.

Thanks,

Let me know if anybody sees anything on Craigslist or BoaterTalk, etc.

That totally sucks. What part of the hill was it? Seems like a difficult set of stuff to fence after a car break in.

Anyway, I'll keep an eye out.

You probably already did this - but it's possible the thief\junkie might have ditched some of your gear nearby once he\she realized its low re-sale value.  F'in thieves.

Ya, I spent the entire morning walking through the neighborhood looking dumpsters and alleys. I went to all the local pawnshops as well as play it again sports. Filed a police report and all that jazz. I even spoke with a couple of the neighbors to no avail.

Go look at the protesters in Seattle, maybe they needed a dry suit because of all the rain we get here and they wated to stay dry while holding the picket signs...

That totally sucks. It might be worth posting to the PDX and Vancouver boards if you haven't already in case they try to sell it there.

I feel your pain.

I had my truck broken into something like 4-6X when I lived on the south/central end of Capitol Hill.

I'll keep my eyes peeled, and cross my fingers that you get your stuff back.
