I found this on another website and it really makes checking your last posts easily.
 
"Show new replies to your posts"
 
It is a link at the top after you log in so you can easliy check all the replies to any post you have made. It works great and is very easy to access because it is right next to your login at the top right.
 
Just an idea to make the website easier to use.
