  This is an event that has little footprint on the WW community but will be fun for all.   http://northwestpaddlingfestival.com/ 
  There will be many boats and SUPS available (mostly sea boats).  Also, looking for volunteers...

  As far as volunteers goes, I'm also looking for safety boaters, preferably in sea kayaks.  (Have your own) and be proficient in rescues.  Contact me if you're interested.

I think you have the date listed wrong. Looks like it should be May 12th not Dec 5th. I'll fix that.
