Join the UPS kayak club for 2 unforgettable days of Kayaking with professional whitewater (and badass) kayaker, Heather Herbeck, who is currently sponsored by Jackson Kayaks!

The first two sessions are for girls only, so ladies, lets get our paddle on!

Thursday, March 31st 8:00-10:00pm at Warner Gym (girls only)- Bring a swimsuit, towel and smile!

Saturday, April 1st- beginner white water trip for girls! (Time to be determined)

Sunday, April 2nd- Intermediate trip for both men and women!! (Time to be determined)

The cost is $5 for non-members of the UPS kayak club and $20 per trip! That includes everything you need for the river, except your best "Holy sh*t, it's a wave train! WOOT WOOT" face.

We'll be tabling the week before the events, so look out for us so you can sign up! Or, for more information, email Kate Puckett at kpuckett@pugetsound.edu

See you on the river!

Knowing Heather (very safety minded) it will be a great trip that is suitable for total beginners, with available challenges for those that want to push their skill a little.
Attending the pol session Thursday night may be required?

Sure?

In the past, the beginner trip has been for people that do not have a roll, and it is usually their first time on the river. It will be the same for this year.

On Sunday, we have an intermediate trip going- people who have a roll. We are looking for a good class III- for that run. Co-ed too. We just ask that people who are not intermediate boats do not attend.

Probably will run the Sky, Green, Snohomish... it really depends on the rain, but i will post on friday what the deal is
