For info on the Chelan Gorge releases go http://www.chelanpud.org/whitewater-boating.html - here .   Look on the right side of the page and select "Reservation Form"    The release dates are July ,9,10,23,24 and Sept 10,11,24,25.   I received an email fron Kris who runs the releases, she said because of the high snowpack and current lake levels (which take precedence over ww releases)  we may not get all of our July releases this year.   PLEASE SIGN UP ANYWAYS!!!

Are people running the gorge this weekend?  Waaaay over my head but going to be over there family camping and might go check it out.  Can you hike into the gorge to watch or is that not practical?  Thanks
