Kicking the Transformer to the curb this year (eight years in the same playboat is too long!).
I'm hearing good things about the 2013 All-Star. Anyone been in one or know where I can try one out before I buy?

I have a question about in to Jackson, but haven't heard anything yet. It's the slow season right now. Have you called Charles? He's gotta be up on it. I know the new creekers are shipping in a couple weeks. Sorry I can't be more help.

Thanks Brett, no worries. Charles wasn't aware of the new design, he just has the old All-Stars.

I've seen the new ones all over the gauley. They have a super bulbous bow, not slicey in any way, a very short stern with a pretty crazy vertical wall. Like the bow, the stern is super bulbous. They also have a continuous rocker which is a departure from typical playboats which only have rocker at the bow and stern. Haven't paddled one, but I they seem to do really well in the hole. No real waves on the gauley so I couldn't give you anything beyond that.
You should check out the wavesport project x as well. That is what I paddle and it is a sick boat. Amazing on a wave, and would tear it up on the wenatchee. Also is great to paddle and is the only thing I have been paddling on the gauley.
