I haven't been paying a lot of attention to it lately, but off the top of my head the Chilliwack is high, but doable. The Capilano has been in pretty consistently, and the Chehalis is going right now.

The Chilliwack is at an excellent level (1.8) for all runs. The canyon is busy but stress free fun for a class 4 paddler. Slesse down is good fun for a solid Class 3+ paddler, (Tamihi and the rapids below are a step up but can be walked)
Chehalis is probable dry or running out of water fast, as will all Vancouver rivers. Whistler runs will have water but are on the high side of class 4 and better. The Thompson and Nahatlach rivers are high now but are good class 3 runs with a class 4ish option on the Nahatlach canyon.

So what about Lynn Creek and the Capilano are those in Vancouver or on Vancouver island?

The Lynn and Capilano are in North Vancouver, and both are dried up until the fall rains return.
Vancouver Island is also done until it rains again.

I ran the Chehalis last Saturday. It was at 9.3. All the drops had plenty of water, although the right line at Landslide was getting pretty thin. I would guess it will be done in a week or two.

i remember paddling the chilliwack at around 1.8m and it was an awesome run.
I cant remember which gauge though, is it the "CHILLIWACK RIVER ABOVE SLESSE CREEK" or "CHILLIWACK RIVER AT VEDDER CROSSING"?
one more question, What level does the frog wave on the Thompson come in at? any good runs that might be running at the same time as the Thompson, or any mountain biking in that area?

"Above Slesse Creek" is the gauge you want for the Canyon and Classic sections of the Chilliwack.
Re: the Thompson: The Frog is prime for playboats between 325 and 375 cms. Between 425 and 500 you need a longer surf boat like a Jive. 100 cms = 3530 cfs.
