Hey PPers!
Sadly, two of our roommates are moving out of our house, and we are looking for 2 people to take their rooms. The house is in Kirkland and the rooms are available starting mid-August.
It's a nice big house. The 3 of us that are staying are all kayakers and live upstairs. The 2 rooms that are available are downstairs. There is a kitchen and full bath downstairs as well as two common rooms, one of which contains a pool table. We also have a kitchen and bath upstairs, so you would only be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with one other person.
We have a front balcony, back deck, fenced in yard, garage, and our house is right next to a park. It's a great location! And we have an awesome house dog! We are only allowed one pet though, so no more pets.

Hey everyone,
Another room has opened up. It is upstairs and is the master suite, which is a big room with two closets and a private bathroom. we are asking for $700 with an 11/1 move in date... first/last/50% deposit. Internet and cable included, but other utilities are separate.
Let me know if you're interested! We're down to just two boaters, so it'd be great to welcome another paddler into our home.

We also have another room available for $550. It is large, no private bath. Available 9/20 or for a 10/1 move in.
The master is still available too!
