I plan on getting out tomorrow as long as the levels hold. I have an unplanned lucky day off!

You only get the chance to run a drop blind once.

Should be a delightful level. We are thinking 11 at the take out.

Awesome first time flow!!
Fry, you still coming out?
I'll be there at 11, or maybe just a few minutes after.

Sigh~ Robe Canyon is the Chicken Soup for my Soul

Ok, Fry-- I co-opted your thread and changed the title to keep it alive for this week. Too bad you couldn't make it today. It settled into a gentle trough that isn't typical of the standard "Robe Hydrological Cycle" (or, RHC for short --- ha ha ). 5.3' today and it looks like a gentle bump for tomorrow (maybe cresting gently at around 5.5')

So the good news is that this whole week looks great for Moderate Robing. Usually it spikes up like Vlad The Impaler to Sick Pushy Gnome Slamdance party and then Drops Out quicker than half the kids I went to High School with, making that comfortable "first time flow" range but a breif window.

Unless the 3 day forecast changes it looks to be mid five's all week.
Who wants to play hooky and get some Robe? The tentative plan for tomorrow is 11-12 @ T.O.

Flows look good for tomorrow, so I'm probably gonna try to get out again. 11 or Noon. My preference is probably noon.

Come on, you guys on Facebook better check this sh*t too, because I don't want to join facebook.

Ok, well in true form, the graph has just updated to reflect some wicked Gnome Hat style spikes for today and beyond. Gonna be a game time decision.

yeah well, it will be here waiting for ya, at least. Tell ya one thing, your homeboy crushed it out there!
It ended up being 5.48' when we got to the guage at the end of the run. Great fluffy smooth feel. Seemed a little less surgy than I was expecting, or maybe my chops are getting tuned up again. But it definitely wasn't spiking during the day. I thought it might before we put on.

Got another pair of Robe Socks. Don't forget to get you some Alpaca Wool socks when you come down, Fry-- and bring a US fiver (Abe Lincoln) for the donation box at the Paca Pride ranch- those guys take care of us so we want to take care of them.

Such a great week on Robe!!!
