According to the PUD website road 300 leading to the lower Cispus takeout is closed. (Not the 1/4 mile gated road.) Anyone have any info on this?

It was closed last time I was up there like a week ago. https://www.google.com/maps/place/46%C2%B026'22.4%22N+121%C2%B059'57.2%22W/@46.4395678,-122.000315,18z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0

the bridge at those coordinates is where we took out.

That's a shame. Cispus is a fun little run. The majority of the class III rapids are below that bridge. I've heard there's another takeout farther down the reservoir but I imagine that would add at least several miles of flatwater.

Forest road 23 is washed out! You can't get to the upper anymore....

You can still access the upper by taking the cispus road turn off fr-23 towards the cispus center and then taking fr28 which parallels the river all the way to the put in bridge. Its been open every day since the fr23 washout

Here's an article by Michael Deckert. He's up-to-date on the roads and such, and has been in contact with the LCPUD. If you have further questions, you should shoot him an email (it's at the end of the article)
