So....
I need a new dry top. I went to the local whitewater shop (Seattle) and found them to be 275$ What the fu*k? That's kind of expensive for me at this very moment and I need something before the NWCC. The gaskets of my latest dry top broke on the same day. Can someone help a brutha out? Does anyone have a dry top for sale? I'm 5'6". 170 pounds. Stocky build up top with a super sexy beer gut that I have been incubating for the last year. That should give you the size I need. Send me a PM

Im not sure when a drytop didnt cost this much. I can remember paying about that 11 years ago for an nrs top. Check craigslist and ebay. Always gear there.....

Check for sales online...I got a 300$ Level six drytop online for 120$, Outdoorplay typically gives 15% off on all orders and no taxes since it's in Oregon....

I've never paid that much for a dry top. They most certainly cost that much if you can afford that type of high dollar gear.

I'm really just tying to get something before Thursday. I don't really have an issue with high dollar gear I just can't afford it in the next few days is all.

you could just repair the gasket on your existing dry top, it's something you can do after work and the drying time is only 12-24 hours. You can pick a gasket up from Cascade outfitters and there are several online videos for doing the repair.
If you're really concerned about cost do it this way. The repair isn't terribly difficult.

If it comes down to it, I'll try to remember to bring my dry top to the nwcc, pm me to remind me. I think it should fit you.
