Since I ruined my whole engine on the way up to the MM last Wed, I need a
ride if anyone can give me one. I might be getting a "new" car today, maybe
not- I've been looking. I live in Fremont.

I think I'll be a go for this one.  Will post a definitive tomorrow pre-run.

From Bellevue, is an hour enough drive time considering rush hour factors...?

If I were you I would give my self an hour and 10 - 20 minutes maybe 30 depending on where you are in bellevue. Traffic is harsh up around 522 cause of that damn stop light after the Malby turnoff.

The back way would probably be best at that time. Anyone else?

Definitely the back way.  520 until it turns into Avondale (ie the traffic funnel of death), hang a right on Novelty Hill Rd., continue for several miles over Redmond Ridge, past the QFC and down the hill.  Take a left at the T intersection (Snoq. Valley Rd. or something?).  Stay on that until the 2nd Stop light.  Hang a right.  This will take you across the valley to Highway 203.  Take a left and continue to Ben Howard Rd. or Highway 2.

We'll wait as long as possible and you can always head straight to the put in.

Thanks for the traffic tips - got the gear loaded and I'll do my damndest to get to the takeout on time, though I'm notorious for being a few minutes behind.
