Anyone up for the Entiat Class IV run from Lake Creek Campground to National Forest Saturday morning June 23? I paddled it a couple years ago and thought it was pretty fun. If there is interest I will post a trip and head on out there.

We were up there last year around the same time. Fun run, just be sure to scout the first major rapid on river right. I can't get that far out this weekend, but perhaps the following.

Thanks for the reminder. I remember that rapid -- unfortunately we were on river left, and had to portage part of it around some wood on that steep slippery left bank.

I drove up the entiat valley 2 weekends ago and found 2 bad river wide logs at the campground just upstream of entiat falls. I think this is the III-IV run below the section you are looking into, but they were both nasty strainers and there was very little in the way of eddys upstream or down of these. We bailed. Which was a shame as it looks like a great run. Good Luck, Eric
