Since i grew up in the midwest, i could never take that attitude.  But check out this flatwater phonix monkey, not lame- actually super sick

It's actually not as difficult as you might think. Just take the first stroke of a double pump and then instead of taking your backstroke, switch while your bow is up and pull a cross bow.

What is really a challenge is doing it without the pause/bounce and going straight into the loop.
