Hey all,
Just wanted to give a  big thumbs up to Bliss Stick and Tobin.  I just got an message from Tobin warning me about a possible bum part of the outfitting on my new mystic and wants to replace it before it limps out. Not too often the boat companies come to you wanting to fix something before it goes out.  Seems like you usually have to beg and plead with them after if fails just to get it fixed and then have to convince them that it is not your fault.  Way to be proactive!

Just a side note...I have had no problems with said outfitting part, but it is nice to know that they care enough to do something.

Jon

Thanks Jon!  Usually I get slapped around, so a pat on the back feels real nice!
It is a very isolated problem with camlocks on the backband,  if anyone has a BS boat purchased in the last year, drop me a message and tell me what color the camlocks are on your backband.
This is actually why I love Bliss-Stick so much,  my main job is customer service. A fancy name for keepin the customers paddlin.
  Peace and happy paddle strokes

Oh, and 27 to go!

Sure?
