I'd be up for a run - BUT  - I haven't done it before and would want to scout the big drops and take my time.

So if anyone is interested in a day run let me know.

YO!!! I want to run Robe this week!!  Couldn't go today. I can go Wed, and possibly Thursday, both after work. It's been at 6' so long that now I fear the bottom is gonna drop out quick! Seize the moment!

Well thanks to Brad for getting out on it w/ me Wed. It was sweet!!! 5.4 is a great level. Fluffy, yet manageable, and not the slightest bit manky, in my opinion. Can't believe more people we'ren't available for it. Wanted to return on Thurs.

At this point I'd like to make an appeal to anyone who's into for NEXT WEEK. I'm worried the bottom's gonna drop out quick on this one. Awesome evening after work class V.

Heads up, we saw what looked like maybe some new wood on Robe Saturday.
The log was in Last Sunshine between the two ledges angled in from river right.
At the levels we saw on Saturday ( 5.2 ) it would be possible to smack it pretty good if you ran the right side.
It was fluttering, and I was tempted to give it a push, but didn't want to run into it later downstream.

FYI: there is no longer a boof at garbage.  scout before running. The rock has shifted and now you go right into the log jammed against the big rock.

Robe was sweet on Tuesday w/ Jake and D1.  Pretty amazing it went into the middle of July!  The "wood" mentioned being in Last Sunshine is not 'IN PLAY", for the standard lines.   Ran the auto boof prow in the middle- nice alternative to the far left rock slide or die.  Flipped at the top of Faceplant- ran the rest upsides down- amazing didn't graze a rock but boat was crashing into the walls and knocked out my roll attempts.  Garbage is more trashy now.  Thnks for the heads up on that ugly L pocket that used to be an eddy, wonder how that would look at higher flows.  Level was 5.0 @ stick - still plenty of flow.  Strange with so much sunshine.
