Yo. I have a friend, who has an opportunity to hit the Middle Fork of the Salmon River; they asked for some information about it, but I've never hit the river.
They are rafting it next month. Currently it's at 1500 cfs and I would suspect it would drop in flow, but no idea. Also, how epic is it? It's on a lottery-system, so it seems; if you get the chance, you should take it.
It's also a multi-day and the river is about 100 miles long. What kind of features? Don't see a lot of river description for it on AW.

I have a write up on my site of 7 days of the MF. Check that out. That is pretty low water, but its still worth doing. Great wilderness trip. Enjoy.
