Howdy folks!

holidays, enjoy some fine beer and dance to the sounds of Spare Rib and
the Bluegrass Sauce. Although the event is free, we hope you will
double-fist some $2 pints as all the proceeds will go to support
disabled, homeless, refugee and low income children with free enrollment in WSI programs.

And for you nature lovers, WSI has a limited number of spots available to donors (all ages) for a Skagit River Salmon and Bald Eagle Float on Saturday January 17th. This program includes up close viewing of hundreds of bald eagles, a tour of the salmon hatchery, hot lunch and a professionally guided three hour river rafting float. To sign up come to the party 12/4 or call Hunter @(206) 459-7334. More info about this trip at http://www.wildandscenic.org/programs/winter.php

Wild and Scenic Institute is a 501 c 3 non profit organization whose mission is to provide free outdoor recreation and environmental education programs to disadvantaged youth of the greater Seattle area. We develop
physical and emotional confidence in these youth who due to their physical, cultural, or financial barriers would not otherwise have this
opportunity. We take kids into the rivers and mountains of the cascades to help develop the skills and instill the passion that will create a generation of advocates for preservation. Programs scheduled for 2009 Winter, Spring and Summer include The Skagit River Salmon and Bald Eagle Float, The Old Sauk Hike, Bike and Boat, The Suiattle River Multiday Excursion and The Skykomish River Rafting Adventure.

If you cannot attend the party 12/4 or the Bald Eagle Float 1/17 but would still like to support WSI, please send your donation to:
