The Crooked River is running. If the dam is still open this weekend I'll be heading down there. Anyone interested?

Yeah, I'm afraid you're right. I'm of that small minority of boaters who doesn't care for playboating and has no upper limit on the distance I'm willing to drive for a new river.

you haven't done.... we'll maybe do Farmlands, Truss, Wind or Klick... I'm
sure there's lots of stuff there you haven't paddled and its a hell of a lot
closer...

Yeah, The White Salmon is closer, but it runs all the time. We have a once in a blue moon weekend release of the Crooked, so I'm heading down tomorow and hooking up with some rafters from Portland.
