Just to let you know.  The level on the Headworks run is pretty low.  I have not done it this low so it might be pretty boney.  You should definitely put in at the whirlpool area since there might not be enough water for the regular put-in.  They pull between 50 and 100 cfs out of the river right away and sends it through the pipe to the water treatment plant.  So, the river levels is likely closer to the Palmer gauge.
 
I just wanted to let you know.  If you decide to go, please post something on PP to let everyone know that it was still runnable.

it should still go.  I've run er pretty low, at least into the low 600s from the normal putin.

i just checked the levels and the headworks is at 555. flaming gsr is at 916 and the recomendation is 1000... might be a better plan. ME WANT RAIN!!!!

dude, the dam dudes don't listen to me... no matter how much i piss-n-moan... they just look at me and laugh but check this out, if we don't do the headworks we will probably do flaming geyser... is that the lower gorge? anyhoooo, we will be paddling on sat. i was thinking about checking out the nisqually on sun if anyone would like to join me
